We are looking for International Talent Acquisition Freelancers to join our recruitment teams and oversee our full-cycle recruiting. Are you a top performer? Then you can get a management role + double fees + quarterly and annual bonuses.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate with CBT hiring managers to identify ongoing needs;
  • Job post our vacancies in diverse international platforms;
  • Headhunting potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks);
  • Screen the candidates that fit the required profile;
  • Plan and execute preliminary interviews;
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates;
  • Follow up candidates until they are hired for the client.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Expertise in sourcing qualified candidates through a variety of methods;
  • Familiarity with Social Media, resume Databases and Professional Networks;
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods;
  • Experience recruiting technical (ICT/ENG) or non-technical (BPO) profiles;
  • Experience working with the European market;
  • Achieve CBT monthly budgets + attending weekly telcos with your manager;
  • Minimum availability of 30 hours per week.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strong resilient and proactive attitude;
  • Strong sense of commitment and responsibility;
  • Results-oriented;
